Meet the Collective
NoCo Speech Collective is a network of independent therapy and psychology practices rooted in Northern Colorado and dedicated to serving individuals and families across the region and beyond. We are not a single clinic or corporation — we are a carefully connected group of highly qualified, specialized providers who have chosen to collaborate because we believe better outcomes happen when experts work together.
Our collective brings together licensed professionals across neuropsychological evaluation, neurodevelopmental services, speech-language pathology, and dietary and nutritional support. Each provider operates their own independent practice, allowing them to offer the personalized, boutique-level care that large institutions simply cannot replicate — while still having access to a trusted network of colleagues for referrals, consultation, and collaboration.
We are united by shared values: evidence-based practice, neurodiversity-affirming care, ethical standards, and a deep commitment to seeing every client as a whole person. Whether you are a family seeking answers, an individual navigating a new diagnosis, or a physician or school looking for a trusted referral partner, the NoCo Speech Collective exists to connect you with exactly the right expertise.
Specialties
Neuropsychological Services
Our collective's neuropsychological providers are licensed professionals offering comprehensive neuropsychological testing and evaluation for children, adolescents, and adults across Northern Colorado. With specialized training and years of clinical experience, our neuropsychological providers are equipped to support individuals and families navigating some of life's most complex cognitive, learning, and psychological challenges
Neuropsychological testing is one of the cornerstones of our collective's services. These evaluations go far beyond a simple screening — they provide a detailed, evidence-based picture of how an individual thinks, learns, processes information, and manages emotions. For families who have spent years searching for answers about a child's learning differences, attention challenges, or developmental profile, a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation can be genuinely life-changing. For adults seeking clarity around cognitive functioning, mental health concerns, or longstanding learning difficulties, neuropsychological assessment offers the diagnostic precision needed to access the right support.
Our neuropsychological providers also offer psychometric evaluation — the use of standardized, validated assessment tools to measure cognitive ability, academic achievement, memory, processing speed, executive functioning, and more. Psychometric testing is an essential component of diagnosing conditions such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, anxiety, and other neurodevelopmental and psychological conditions. Each evaluation is interpreted within the full context of a client's history, presenting concerns, and individual strengths — never reduced to a set of numbers.
Beyond evaluation, our neuropsychological providers offer consultation services for schools, medical providers, and families — translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients they serve.
Our neuropsychological providers serve clients who are:
Seeking comprehensive neuropsychological testing or psychometric evaluation for a child or adult
Navigating an ADHD, autism, learning disability, or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis
Looking for diagnostic clarity around cognitive functioning, memory, or processing
Seeking accommodation documentation for educational or professional settings
Schools or physicians seeking a trusted neuropsychological evaluation referral partner in Northern Colorado
Speech Language Pathology
Speech-language pathology is far more than helping someone pronounce words correctly. Our collective's speech-language pathologists are highly trained clinicians who specialize in the full spectrum of human communication — from early language development in toddlers to complex communication disorders in adults. We also support feeding, fluency, voice, and social communication across the lifespan.
Our SLP providers work with clients across Northern Colorado and surrounding communities, offering individualized, evidence-based speech-language therapy that meets each person where they are. We believe strongly in neurodiversity-affirming practice — meaning we do not aim to normalize or erase difference, but to empower every individual to communicate in ways that are functional, meaningful, and authentic to them.
For children, our speech-language pathologists support early intervention, language delays, articulation and phonological disorders, autism spectrum disorder, childhood apraxia of speech, stuttering and fluency disorders, literacy and language-based learning disabilities, and social communication challenges. Early access to quality speech-language therapy can have a profound impact on a child's academic success, social development, and long-term quality of life.
For adolescents and adults, our SLP providers offer support for acquired communication disorders, traumatic brain injury, voice disorders, fluency, and the social and pragmatic communication challenges that can accompany neurodevelopmental conditions. We also offer multilingual therapy services, supporting individuals and families whose primary language is not English — because every person deserves access to high-quality, culturally responsive speech-language care.
Our SLP providers collaborate closely with neuropsychological evaluators, neurodevelopmental specialists, dietitians, educators, and pediatricians within and beyond the collective, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive, coordinated care regardless of the complexity of their needs.

Neurodevelopmental Services
Neurodevelopmental differences shape the way a person thinks, learns, communicates, and engages with the world — and understanding those differences is the first step toward meaningful, lasting support. Our collective's neurodevelopmental providers offer specialized evaluation and support services for children, adolescents, and adults across Northern Colorado, grounded in evidence-based practice and a genuinely neurodiversity-affirming approach.
Our neurodevelopmental providers work with individuals navigating the full spectrum of neurodevelopmental conditions including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, sensory processing differences, and complex or co-occurring profiles that do not fit neatly into a single category. Whether a family is seeking initial diagnostic clarity or ongoing support following an established diagnosis, our providers bring both clinical depth and genuine compassion to every client relationship.
We believe that neurodevelopmental difference is a natural part of human diversity — not a problem to be fixed, but a profile to be understood, supported, and celebrated. Our providers approach evaluation and support with a strengths-based lens, ensuring that every report, recommendation, and conversation honors the full humanity of the individuals they serve.
Our neurodevelopmental providers collaborate closely with neuropsychological evaluators, speech-language pathologists, dietitians, educators, and medical providers — ensuring that clients and families have access to coordinated, comprehensive neurodevelopmental resources regardless of the complexity of their needs.

Dietary Services
Food, nutrition, and feeding are deeply personal — and for many individuals and families navigating neurodevelopmental differences, complex medical needs, or feeding challenges, access to specialized, affirming dietary support can be genuinely transformative. Our collective's registered dietitians offer evidence-based nutritional counseling and feeding support tailored to the unique and often complex needs of the individuals and families we serve.
Our dietary providers bring specialized expertise in neurodevelopmental and pediatric nutrition, avoidant and restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), sensory-based feeding challenges, and the nutritional needs of individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. We approach every client relationship from a weight-inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and non-judgmental framework — because we believe every person deserves dietary support that honors their individuality, their relationship with food, and their overall wellbeing.
For families navigating pediatric feeding difficulties, our dietary providers work in close collaboration with our speech-language pathologists to ensure that nutritional guidance and therapeutic feeding goals are aligned, integrated, and mutually reinforcing. This kind of coordinated, interdisciplinary approach is one of the defining strengths of the collective model — and one of the most meaningful ways we are able to serve our clients differently than a traditional clinic setting.
Our dietary providers also serve as a trusted resource for physicians, pediatricians, and medical teams seeking a referral partner with specialized expertise in the nutritional needs of neurodiverse and medically complex individuals across Northern Colorado.
